So after complaining to the 1800comcast (whatever it is) customer service person and asking to speak to the manager... we ended up getting things setup the next day (last Friday).

A month or so ago I did a simple java program that reads an RSS feed and downloads the articles using the printer-friendly URL rather than the URL given... then these are combined into one html file. Great program for downloading news/sports/etc. for the morning commute.
